This is the granola you’ve been searching for. I’ve been making it for twenty years and learned the recipe from my Mom, who combIned recipes she liked to make this one. I’ve amped it up with more seeds, chia, flaxseed, extra vanilla and a sprinkle of sea salt. It’s chewy and crunchy at the same time, packed with nutrient-dense superfoods and has a rich lightly-toasted flavor. I use all anti-inflammatory oil and no refined sugars. Keeps for one month in the fridge, two weeks in a dark, cool container and area. Gluten and dairy-free. Nearly vegan, depending on if you eat honey. 1LB.
